Do items need to be outside?
No. Explain where the items are so the carry path can be considered.
What affects the estimate?
Volume, item type, weight, stairs, carrying distance, disassembly, sorting, and loading access.
What should not go in the removal pile?
Keep documents, medication, keys, cash, jewelry, photos, and valuables separate. Identify chemicals, fuels, unknown liquids, or hazardous materials before scheduling.
Can someone else meet the crew?
The person on site should have clear authority to identify what stays and what leaves. Discuss remote coordination during the first call.
Is an appointment confirmed when I call?
No. Scope, timing, access, and availability must be agreed before an appointment is confirmed.
